The problem space.
Every year, over $100 billion of our tax dollars are distributed at the federal, state, city, and local levels, in the form of tax subsidies and other economic incentives.
These programs promote investment in public interests including housing, job creation, sustainability, diversity, and more — all things we need more of.
But this investment — critical to advancing social, financial and climate inclusion and empowerment — is not being optimized. Most developers are unaware of the programs, and access for even those who do is difficult and slow.
